Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data will be processed by our Company, acting as the Data Controller, by being used, recorded, stored, updated, transferred and/or classified within the scope explained below and in connection with business purposes. Within this framework, in accordance with the laws and regulations enacted for the protection of personal data and, in particular, the privacy of private life and the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, our Company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an adequate level of security in order to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, to prevent unlawful access to such data, and to ensure their protection.

The target audience of this text comprises all natural persons whose personal data are processed by our Company, excluding our Company’s employees or job applicants.

Personal data processed in the capacity of data controller include, without limitation, the following:

Name, surname, Turkish Republic identity number, address, telephone number, e-mail address, signature, physical premises/security camera recordings, call centre/service quality voice recordings, bank account number, cookie records.

Purposes and legal grounds for the processing of personal data; your personal data shared by you will be processed for the following purposes, including but not limited to:

• Enabling you and/or the institutions and organisations you represent to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company; carrying out necessary activities for the determination and implementation of our Company’s commercial and business strategies, conducting marketing activities, and performing business development and planning activities,

• Carrying out administrative operations related to communication conducted by our Company,

• Ensuring the physical security and supervision of the locations used by our Company,

• Establishing relationships with business partners/customers/suppliers (authorised persons or employees),

• Ensuring contractual requirements and financial reconciliation related to products and services offered jointly with our business partners, suppliers, or other third parties,

• Carrying out our Company’s human resources policies,

• Contacting our Company’s call centre or using our Company’s website, and/or

• Participating in training programmes, seminars, or events organised by our Company.

Method of collection and storage of personal data; your personal data shared with our Company may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through automatic or non-automatic methods via offices, branches, call centres, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar means. Your personal data will be stored in electronic and/or physical environments. In order to ensure that personal data obtained and stored by our Company are not subject to unauthorised access, manipulation, loss, or damage in the environments where they are stored, necessary business process designs and technical security infrastructure developments are implemented.

Your personal data will be processed with all necessary information security measures in place, provided that they are not used outside the purposes and scope notified to you, and will be stored and processed for the statutory retention period or, if no such period is stipulated, for the period required by the purpose of processing. Upon the expiry of this period, your personal data will be removed from our Company’s data flows by deletion, destruction, or anonymisation methods.

Your personal data may be transferred, within the scope of the laws and other relevant legislation and for the purposes explained above, to:

• Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. and Türk Telekomünikasyon group companies,

• Companies and representatives authorised by us and operating on behalf of and for the account of our Company,

• Regulatory and supervisory authorities, and public institutions or organisations authorised under applicable legislation to explicitly request personal data,

• Business partners, suppliers and contractor companies, banks, credit risk and financial institutions, and other natural or legal persons within the scope of the stated purposes,

• Tax and similar consultants, mandatory persons, institutions, and organisations related to legal follow-up processes, auditors, and third parties from whom we receive consultancy services,
  and, without limitation, to business partners, third-party service providers, authorised persons and institutions, both domestically and abroad, for the purposes stated above.

Your rights pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK; by applying to our Company, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data are processed,

• Request information if your personal data have been processed,

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,

• Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

• Request correction if your personal data are processed incompletely or incorrectly,

• Request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,

• Request notification of the transactions carried out pursuant to items (e) and (f) above to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,

• Object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems,

• Request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the KVKK, you may submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights specified above to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

In order to exercise your rights stated above, you may submit your request petition together with the necessary information to identify your identity by hand in person, send it via a notary public or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, or transmit it with a secure electronic signature to
