ARKEN GENERATOR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data will be processed, recorded, stored, updated, transferred and or classified by our company as Data Controller in line with business objectives. In this context, especially the privacy of private life, to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of persons and to protect personal data, our Company takes all technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security in order to prevent the unlawful processing, accessing of your personal data, to provide the appropriate security level.

The target audience of this text is all real persons whose personal data are processed by our Company, excluding our Company employees or employee candidates who have applied for a job in our Company.

Personal data processed as data controller are given below, including but not limited to which specified here;

Name, surname, Turkish ID number, address, phone number, e-mail address, signature, physical space/security image record, call center/service quality voice recording, bank account number, cookie records

Purposes and legal reasons for processing personal data; Your personal data shared by you will be processed for following purposes;

• Carrying out the necessary activities including, but not limited to, the identification and implementation of the commercial and business strategies of our Company, conducting marketing activities, carrying out business development and planning activities to benefit you and/or the institutions and organizations that are represented by our Company,
• Conducting administrative operations for communication by our company,
• Ensuring the physical security and control of the locations of our company in use,
• Establishment of relationships between partner/customer/suppliers (authority or employees),
• Ensuring the contractual requirements and financial agreement regarding the products and services offered with our business partners, suppliers or other third parties,
• Conducting human resources policies of our company,
• Calling our company’s call center or using its website and/or,
• Participating in training, seminars or organizations organized by our company.

Method for collecting and storing personal data; The personal data that you share with our company can be collected by means of automated or non-automated methods, such as offices, branches, call center, website, social media, mobile applications and similar means, verbally, in writing or electronically. Your personal data will be stored in electronic and/or physical media. Design of required business processes and technical security infrastructure are implemented in order for your personal data provided and stored by our company to be unauthorized, not to be manipulated, lost or damaged in environments where they are stored.

Provided that not to be used outside the purpose and scope notified to you, your personal data will be processed during legal storage by taking all necessary information security measures or if such a period is not provided, it will be stored and processed for the period required by the processing purpose. When this period expires, your personal data will be removed from our Company’s data flows by deletion, destruction or anonymization.

Your personal can be transferred for the purposes under the Laws and other legislation and for the purposes described to;

• Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. and Turkish Telecommunication group companies,
• The companies and representatives that we have authorized to operate on behalf of our Company,
• Regulatory and supervisory bodies, public institutions or organizations, which are clearly authorized to request your personal data pursuant to laws,
• Business partnerships, suppliers and contracting companies, banks, credit risk and finance institutions and other real or legal persons within the stated scope,
• Tax and similar consultants, persons mandatory for the legal proceedings processes, institutions and organizations, to third parties providing consultancy services to us, business partners including but not limited to auditors, third persons providing services, authorized persons and institutions for the above mentioned purpose in the country and abroad.

You have the right to apply our Company and request the following for your personal data pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK;

• To find out whether your personal data are processed or not,
• To request information regarding the personal data if they are processed,
• To learn the purpose of data processing and whether this data is used for the intended purposes,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
• To request correction in case it’s incompletely/incorrectly processed,
• To request the erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stated in Article 7 of KVKK,
• To request notification of the operations carried out in compliance with subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To claim damages if you incur losses due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

In accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 13 of KVKK, you can submit your requests to our company for using your above mentioned rights in written or through other methods determined by Personal Data Protection Committee.

In order to use your rights mentioned above, you may send your petition of request together with information identifying you, send them through the notary or by other methods specified in the Personal Data Protection Law or you can send it with secure electronic signature to the following address: info@arkenjenerator.com.
